Blonde Ale

This beer is our version of a Blonde Ale. Brewed with a combination of barley and wheat malt and citrus hops which give this beer a fresh and crispy palate.

Our Blonde Ale is perfect as a starter and is especially good after a hard workout or exercise, or just enjoy it in the company of good friends.

The Blonde Ale pairs well with a variety of foods, and especially with fish dishes. It goes well with redfish varieties such as salmon and trout, but also with pork and poultry, sausages and sauerkraut, braised meat and dishes with a strong herbal flavour.
