Godt Haill

Bock (6,0%)

The name 'Godt Haill' comes from a Northern Norwegian expression based on an old myth, which implies that a fisherman should always “make out” with his lady before heading out to sea, as this will bring him fisherman’s luck! Originally thought to only have applied when heading out to catch big halibut, this expression is now used by anyone heading out to catch a big fish!

Our Godt Haill will bring you comfort in case you don’t bring home that elusive 'big fish'.

It is malt rich and well balanced with a hint of caramel and toasted bread.

As Bock beer is considered to be “the port wine of beers”, our Bock is also wellsuited as a drink matched with desserts, especially chocolate flavoured dessert, but also with blue cheese.
